(Donohoe) Albrecht. She graduated from Iowa City West High School in 1973. On April 8, 1978, she was united in marriage to Edward Roskup at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Iowa City. They lived in Iowa City until 1999, when they moved to Wellman. Margaret worked for Parkview Manor as a housekeeper. She was a member of the Catholic Church and enjoyed knitting and crocheting. Margaret died on Thursday, July 30, 2009, at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, in Iowa City, at the age of 55 years. She is survived by her husband Ed of Wellman; a son Edward “EJ” of Burlington; 3 brothers: Gary (Carol) Albrecht of Ladora, Leslie (Sue) Albrecht of Tiffin and James Albrecht of Coralville; 3 sisters: Alice (Jeff) Harr of Coralville, Kathryn (Greg) Ellyson of Iowa City and Karen Glick of North Liberty; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister: Carol Lee Tell. Celebration of Life Service will be held 10:30 am, Monday, August 3, 2009 at the Powell Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Wellman. Rev Rich Adams will officiate. Burial will be in the Wellman Cemetery. Visitation will be on Sunday from 2 to 6 at the Powell Funeral Home in Wellman. A general memorial fund has been established.
